DESIGNED TO BE AN EASILY-VIEWABLE AND TIMELY REFERENCE SOURCE FOR USERS WHO REQUIRE INFORMATION ABOUT INDEX CHANGES AND CORPORATE ACTIONS RELATING TO THE FTSE All-SHARE INDEX SERIES.

The Event Monitor is provided in a pre-analysed spreadsheet with the following sections:

Summary data

  1. Review Dates – schedule of forthcoming reviews and subsequent announcements.
  2. Number of Events – number of completed and pending changes by action type.

Detailed reports

  1. Index Change Calendar– lists changes completed in the previous two weeks plus pending changes grouped by Industrial Classification Benchmark (ICB) Supersector. Pending changes are listed up to the next review announcement date. Data includes, as appropriate, type of event, expected price, details of shares in issue, free float (%) and index weight changes (%).
  2. Code and Name Changes – recently completed or pending code and name changes.
  3. Corporate Action Calendar – additional corporate action details for current index constituents only.
  4. Dividend Calendar – schedule of dividend payments for current index constituents only.
