- otherwise do anything that is not expressly permitted by these Terms.
FTSE does not give or enter into any conditions, warranties, representations or other terms as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability of the Material and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions or other terms of any kind are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FTSE accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of you or anyone else using the Material or relying on any of its content.
FTSE accepts no obligation to monitor the use of the Site. However, FTSE reserves the right to disclose any information as required by law/or to remove, refuse to post or to edit any information or materials, to block your access and to take such other action as may be reasonable necessary to prevent any breach to these Terms or any breach of applicable law or regulation. FTSE will also in its absolute discretion fully co-operate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities with respect to any investigation of suspected unlawful activity or violation of network security.
The FTSE4Good ESG Ratings are produced by FTSE International Limited ("FTSE") and Ethical Investment Research Services Limited ("EIRIS") or their agents. The FTSE4GOOD ESG Ratings are produced using a methodology which is explained in detail on the FTSE4GOOD website at: www.ftse.com/analytics/ftse4good-esgratings.
Registration on the website (which is free of charge) is required in order to obtain access to the methodology.
