



The FTSE All-World Index Series is the Large/Mid Cap aggregate of 2,700 stocks from the FTSE Global Equity Index Series. It covers 98% of the investable market capitalisation.
The series is divided into Developed and Emerging segments, giving investors the opportunity to develop their own investible universe. The modular nature of the series provides maximum breadth of options for structuring portfolios with indices calculated at regional, national and sector level.
Launched on 20th September 2007, the FTSE EMEA Index Series is designed for global investors and comprises 710 Large and Mid Cap companies located in 25 Developed and Emerging countries across the Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) region. The indices are derived from the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (GEIS), which covers 98% of the world's investable market capitalisation.
Enhanced Liquidity Rule
In response to market demand, FTSE Group is strengthening the liquidity rule in the FTSE Global Equity Index Series to provide investors with a more accurate representation of the true invstability of global companies. The enhanced liquidity measure, first announced on 22nd December 2006, will first be implemented in the FTSE Asia Pacific ex Japan Review conducted in March 2007, and applied to all subsequent reviews.
