Required for Distribution or Dissemination of FTSE Data

This section sets out FTSE's requirements in relation to the legal attribution(s) and disclaimer(s) ("Statement") to be used, in the event that you display or publish FTSE data. Unless expressly agreed otherwise with FTSE in writing, you are required to adhere to the directions below:

• For printed or pdf format publications
  Publish the Statement in any printed publications which includes the FTSE data or express reference to the FTSE data. The Statement shall be in a legible format and shall either be on the same or facing page as the relevant FTSE data or express reference to the FTSE data, or on the same page as all other copyright or disclaimer notices in the particular publication; and
• For electronic displays
  Display the Statement as a legible screen display which is either on the same screen as the relevant FTSE data or express reference to the FTSE data, or accessible via a direct link from the display of the relevant FTSE data or express reference to the FTSE data.

This can be used where you are referring to any FTSE data, unless one of the specific statements set out below applies. The wording in parentheses below will require deletion/amendment according to the indices being displayed.
