Following the offer for Orange (France) by France Telecom (France) having reached an acceptance level of 98.78%, FTSE announces the following changes:
Please note: The new shares in issue total for France Telecom reflects an increase of 170.6m new shares to the existing number in FTSE indices.
The resulting change to the France Telecom Investability Weight Banding also reflects the issue of 95.4m existing shares previously held in Treasury.
