Following the transfer of Wilshaw PLC (UK) from the Official List to AIM, FTSE announces the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE All-Small	Wilshaw (UK 0969899) will be deleted.	19 December 2003
FTSE Fledgling	Wilshaw will be deleted.	19 December 2003
