Following the Initial Public Offering of Maroc Telecom (Morocco) and subject to listing commencing on 13 December 2004, FTSE announces the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE All-World Index	Maroc Telecom (Morocco, B04SJM4) will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 879,095,369 and an investability weighting of 15%.	14 December 2004
FTSE All-Emerging Index	Maroc Telecom will be treated as above.	14 December 2004

Please note that Maroc Telecom classification will be 673 - Telecomunications Services and it has also been designated as a Large Cap constituent.
