The Issuer advises that the following announcement replaces the FTSE/ASE 20, FTSE/ASE MID 40 & FTSE/ASE SMALLCAP INDEX SEMI-ANNUAL announcement released on the 21 April 2005.

Following confirmation,

for the FTSE/ASE 20 index, there are no investability weight changes to existing constituents

and for the FTSE/ ASE Mid 40 Index Reserve List, ATHENS MEDICAL C.S.A. investability weight should read 40% and not 50%.

All other details remain unchanged. The full amended version is shown below.

FTSE/ASE 20, FTSE/ASE MID 40 & FTSE/ASE SMALLCAP INDEX SEMI-ANNUAL

Following the semi-annual meeting of the FTSE/ASE Index Advisory Committee on Thursday, 21 April 2005, the following changes were announced:

For the FTSE/ASE 20 index, there were no additions to or deletions from this index. There were no Investability weighting changes.

For the FTSE/ASE Mid 40, a total of one (1) addition, one (1) deletion from this index. One (1) Investability weight change to existing constituents was approved.

For the FTSE/ASE Smallcap, a total of four (4) additions, four (4) deletions and four (4) Investability weight change to existing constituents were approved.

These changes will become effective after the close of business on the last trading day in May 2005 i.e. on Wednesday 1 of June 2005.
