Following the initial public offering for Electricité de France (France) and subject to the listing commencing on 21 November 2005, FTSE announces the following changes:

FTSE All-World Index	Electricité de France (France, B0NJJ17) will be added to the Large Cap Index with a shares in issue total of 1,832,400,000 and an investability weighting of 14%.	22 November 2005
FTSE World Index Ex-Multinationals	Electricité de France will be added to the index as detailed above.	22 November 2005
FTSE Global Sector - Utilities	Electricité de France will be added to the index as detailed above. Constellation Energy Group (USA, 2073408) will be deleted from this index.	22 November 2005
FTSE European Sector - Utilities	Electricité de France will be added to the index as detailed above.	22 November 2005
FTSE Global Style Index	Electricité de France will be added to the index as detailed above.	22 November 2005
FTSE EuroMid	Electricité de France will be added to the index as detailed above.	22 November 2005

Please note that FTSE Global Classification for Electricité de France (France) will be 720 (Electricity) and ICB Classification will be 7535 (Electricity).

The Value and Growth rating for Electricité de France (France) within the FTSE Global Style Index Series are as follows: Growth: 0.75, Value: 0.25.
