INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE Xinhua Small Cap Index	Tellhow Sci-Tech (A) (China, 6613167) will remain in the index with a decreased shares in issue total of 150,730,400 and an unchanged investability weighting of 40%.	15 December 2005
FTSE Xinhua All-Share Index	Tellhow Sci-Tech (A) will remain in the index as detailed above.	15 December 2005
