Changes In FTSE Indices

Further to the FTSE notice 0469X posted on dated 17 January 2006 regarding the spin off from Reliance Industries (India constituent). Reliance Capital Ventures has commenced trading and as such will replace the temporary stock used by FTSE. FTSE announces the following changes:

FTSE All-World IndexReliance Capital Ventures (India, B0WMY12) will be added to the Large Cap index with a shares in issue total of 1,396,377,536 and an investability weighting of 49%

Reliance Capital Ventures (India, 600006) will be deleted from the index.

FTSE All-Emerging IndexReliance Capital Ventures (India, B0WMY12) will be added to the index as detailed above.

Reliance Capital Ventures (India, 600006) will be deleted from the index.

Please note that Reliance Energy Ventures and Reliance Communications Ventures will remain as temporary stocks until trading commences.
