Changes to the FTSE/APCIMS Private Investor Index Series

FTSE would like to advise you of an upcoming name change to the Private Investor Indices. From the close of business on 3 July 2006 three of the indices within the FTSE APCIMS Private Investor Indices product file will appear as follows:

Growth Portfolio Index - changed to, "FTSE APCIMS Stock Market Growth Index"

Income Portfolio Index - changed to, "FTSE APCIMS Stock Market Income Index"

Balanced Portfolio Index - changed to, "FTSE APCIMS Stock Market Balanced Index”

The FTSE/APCIMS Private Investor Index Series Committee announces the following changes to the asset weightings used to calculate the FTSE/APCIMS Private Investor Index Income Portfolio. The changes are effective from 3 July 2006.
