Further to the FTSE/ATHEX Series Semi-Annual Review announcement released 12 October 2006 and following the increase in holding by Unliver in Elais-Unilever to 82.5%, please be advised that Elais-Unilever (4306254) will be added to the FTSE/ATHEX Index Series with an investability weighting of 20% rather than 40% as previously announced. FTSE/ATHEX INDEX SERIES SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW - Update

27 November 2006


Following the semi-annual meeting of the FTSE/ATHEX Index Advisory Committee on Thursday, 12 October 2006, the following changes were announced. The changes will be effective after the close of business on Thursday, 30 November 2006 (i.e. on Friday, 1 December 2006).

For the FTSE/ATHEX 20 Index, a total of two (2) additions, two (2) deletions from this index and two (2) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Mid 40 Index, a total of two (2) additions, two (2) deletions from this index and one (1) investability weight change to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Smallcap 80 Index, a total of eight (8) additions, eight (8) deletions from this index and one (1) investability weight change to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX 140 Index, a total of eleven (11) additions, eight (8) deletions from this index and seven (7) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX International Index, a total of eight (8) additions, no deletions from this index and six (6) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.
