Diamond Lease (Japan): Merger with UFJ Central Leasing
Changes In FTSE Indices

Following the acquisition of UFJ Central Leasing (Japan non constituent) by Diamond Lease (Japan Constituent), FTSE announces the following changes:

INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM
START OF TRADING
FTSE All-World Index Diamond Lease (Japan, SEDOL 6268976) will have a name change to Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance and will remain in the index with an increased shares in issue total of 80,318,474 and an increased investability weighting of 75% 02 April 2007
FTSE World Index Ex-Multinationals Diamond Lease will remain in the index as detailed above. 02 April 2007
FTSE Global Style Index Diamond Lease will remain in the index as detailed above. 02 April 2007
