FTSE announces the Semi-Annual review changes to the FTSE SET Large Cap Index, FTSE SET Mid Cap Index, FTSE SET Small Cap Index and FTSE SET Fledgling index. All constituent changes will be applied after the close of business on Friday, 20 June 2008 and will be effective on Monday, 23 June 2008.
