Changes In FTSE Indices

26 June 2008


Further to the FTSE notice issued on June 25 2008 and following the release of an announcement by the company today, FTSE announces the revised effective date of the following changes:

Mothercare (UK 0906744) will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 87,233,690 and an investability weighting of 100%

FTSE All-Share Expro International Group will be deleted.1 July 2008
FTSE All-Share Ex-Multinationals Expro International Group will be deleted.1 July 2008
FTSE 350 - Lower Yield Expro International Group will be deleted.

Mothercare will be added as above.

FTSE All-SmallMothercare will be deleted.1 July 2008
FTSE SmallCapMothercare will be deleted.1 July 2008
FTSE4Good UKExpro International Group will be deleted.1 July 2008

Please note: Last day of trading in Expro International Group shares is expected to be Friday 27th June 2008, therefore it will remain in the index on Monday 30th June 2008 based on its last trade price.
