INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE Med 100 Index	Teva Pharmaceuticals (Israel, 6882172) will remain in the index with an increased shares in issue total of 888,351,000 and an unchanged investability weighting of 100%.	02 January 2009
