FTSE/ATHEX INDEX SERIES SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW

Following the semi-annual meeting of the FTSE/ATHEX Index Advisory Committee on Thursday, 23 April 2009, the following changes were announced. The changes will be effective after the close of business on Friday, 29 May 2009 (i.e. on Monday, 1 June 2009).

For the FTSE/ATHEX 20 Index, no (0) additions, no (0) deletions from this index were approved and no (0) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Mid 40 Index, a total of two (2) additions, twelve (12) deletions from this index and two (2) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Smallcap 80 Index, a total of fifteen (15) additions, fifteen (15) deletions from this index and three (3) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX 140 Index, a total of two (2) additions, eighteen (18) deletions from this index and seven (7) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX International Index, two (2) additions, twenty one (21) deletions from this index and two (2) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Liquid Mid Index, three (3) additions, three (3) deletions from this index and two (2) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX CSE Banking Index, no (0) additions, one (1) deletion from this index and no (0) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.
