Following the merger between Klabin Segall SA (Brazil, Non REIT, Non Rental, Constituent), Agra Empreendimentos Imobiliarios SA (Brazil, Non Constituent), and Abyara Planejamento Imobiliarios SA (Brazil, Non Constituent) to form Agre Empreendimentos Imobiliarios SA (Brazil), FTSE, EPRA and NAREIT announce the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
EPRA/NAREIT GLOBAL INDEX	Klabin Segall (Brazil, B1FSJN1) will be deleted from the index. Agre (Brazil, B611070) will be added to the index with a shares in issue total of 300,000,000 and an investability weight of 75%.	18 February 2010
EPRA/NAREIT EMERGING INDEX	Klabin Segall will be deleted from the index. Agre will be added to the index as detailed above.	18 February 2010
EPRA/NAREIT EMERGING AMERICAS INDEX	Klabin Segall will be deleted from the index. Agre will be added to the index as detailed above.	18 February 2010

Please note:

Agre Empreendimentos Imobiliarios SA's ICB Classification will be 8633 (Real Estate Holding & Development); Investment Focus will be Non Rental; and Sector Classification will be Equity Diversified.
