FTSE/ATHEX INDEX SERIES SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW

Following the semi-annual meeting of the FTSE/ATHEX Index Advisory Committee on Friday, 15 October 2010, the following changes were announced. The changes will be effective after the close of business on Friday 26 November 2010 (i.e. on Monday, 29 November 2010).

For the FTSE/ATHEX 20 Index, no (0) additions, no (0) deletions from this index were approved and one (1) investability weight change to an existing constituent were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Mid 40 Index, a total of two (2) additions, nine (9) deletions from this index and no (0) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Smallcap 80 Index, a total of fifteen (15) additions, twenty-two (22) deletions from this index and two (2) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX 140 Index, a total of ten (10) additions, twenty-four (24) deletions from this index and three (3) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX International Index, two (2) additions, nine (9) deletions from this index and one (1) investability weight change to an existing constituent were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX Liquid Mid Index, five (5) additions, five (5) deletions from this index and no (0) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

For the FTSE/ATHEX CSE Banking Index, no (0) additions, one (1) deletion from this index and no (0) investability weight changes to existing constituents were approved.

Following feedback from market participants as stated on the FTSE/ATHEX Ground Rule Change notification dated 21 June 2010, the committee have agreed to rename three FTSE/ATHEX Indices which have a fixed number of constituents included in their names as follows:

• ‘FTSE/ATHEX Mid 40 Index' to be renamed 'FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap Index'

• ‘FTSE/ATHEX SmallCap 80 Index' to be renamed 'FTSE/ATHEX Small Cap Index'

• ‘FTSE/ATHEX 140 Index' to be renamed 'FTSE/ATHEX Market Index'

The new index names will become effective 29th November 2010.
