Shelman (Greece): Deletion
Changes In FTSE/ATHEX Indices

Following the decision of the Athex BOD, Shelman will be transferred to the Special Terms Category due to low freefloat, and according to the Ground Rules for the Management of the FTSE/Athex Index Series, FTSE/ATHEX announces the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE/ATHEX SmallCap 80	Shelman (Greece, 4804480) will be deleted from the index without replacement.	10 January 2011
FTSE/ATHEX 140	Shelman will be deleted from the index as detaled above.	10 January 2011
