Following the unconditional cash offer for Sinomem Technology (Singapore constituent) by CDH Water Limited (unlisted) and in conjunction with Ground Rule 6.2.5, FTSE, SGX and SPH announce the following changes:

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE ST Small Cap Index	Sinomem Technology (Singapore, 6648880, S14) will be deleted from the index.	29 April 2011
FTSE ST China Index	Sinomem Technology will be deleted from the index.	29 April 2011
FTSE ST All Share Index	Sinomem Technology will be deleted from the index.	29 April 2011

The above changes will automatically be reflected in the relevant corresponding Industry, Super Sector, Sector and Sub Sector indices.
