FTSE announces that in accordance with Ground Rule 6.9, 4 stocks have fallen below the Fast Exit Level for two consecutive quarters and will therefore be deleted from the FTSE Global Index Series after close of business on Friday, 16 December 2011. (i.e. Monday, 19 December 2011).

2) Use of Fast Exit Levels:
Other than for use at the regional reviews, Fast Exit Levels are used for determining the eligibility of constituents following demergers (spin-offs) and at quarterly reviews.
