Further to the FTSE notice issued on the 06 December 2011, following the announcement regarding the post-auction option facility by the UK Debt Management Office, FTSE announces the following changes to the FTSE Actuaries UK Gilts Indices:

4%Treasury Gilt 2022 (Sedol B3KJDQ4 & ISIN GB00B3KJDQ49) will increase from £25,015.094mn to £28,315.028mn after the close of business on 14 December 2011 (i.e. with effect from start of trading on 15 December 2011, using closing prices as at 14 December 2011).
