The Issuer advises that the following announcement replaces the FTSE Multinational Index Series announcement released 6 June 2012.

GlobeOp Financial Services (UK B1XM3X3) will no longer be added to the FTSE All-Share Ex-Multinational Index following the announcement released on 31 May 2012 detailing that a takeover for the company has been declared Wholly Unconditional.

FTSE announces that, pursuant to the review of the FTSE UK All-Share Index, the following changes will be made to the FTSE All-Share Ex-Multinational Index. The changes will be effective after the close of business on Friday, 15 June 2012 (i.e. effective on Monday, 18 June 2012).
