Attribution and Dissemination Requirements

FXI asserts intellectual property rights in FTSE Xinhua Index data and information (including its indices) (“FXI Data”). FXI and/or certain third parties have rights in certain trade marks used in promoting FXI Index services, which include FXI Data (the “FXI Trade Marks”).

You require a licence to use or distribute the FXI Data or to use the FXI Trade Marks. In the event that you use or distribute FXI Data or refer to the FXI Trade Marks with FXI’s express permission, you must comply with the following requirements. For the avoidance of doubt, compliance with these requirements does not constitute a licence nor does it avoid the need for a licence. For further information, please visit data licenses.

The following requirements are incorporated into your licence agreement with FXI unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

These requirements are subject to change from time to time. If there is any material change to these requirements FXI will notify you via the appropriate means identified in your licence agreement or by any other agreed means.
